    something about cartilage tip reshaping?

    What is the difference.

I really want my nose done. However i was told that no surgeon in MYA would operate as there isnt anything wrong with it, but to me…there is…i really hate it.

I think it’s far to straight and sticks out loads from my face.

This probably sounds stupid to some of you but i would just like it to be more…sloped…

who told you that nobody at MYA would operate on it?

closed is where they go in through the nostrils and do the work, open is where they take the skin back so more complicated.

septo-rhinoplasty includes work on the septum, which is the piece of bone between the nostrils.

often you need more than one area changing. for example i’m having septo-rhinoplasty to straighten my nose, shave down the hump, reduce and lift the tip and nostrils all at the same time.

    hope this helps!

I just went for a consultation with a friend of mine the other week as she is looking to have her boobs done and her PC asked how i was after my BA and then i mentioned that i would like my nose doing.

She said it would be very hard to find a surgeon who would operate because there is nothing wrong with it.

I would love it done though because to me..there is something wrong.

I feel like i am bad mouthing her, I’m really not as she is lovely! and is just voicing her professional opinion which is fine.

Thanks for clearing that up also, i was really confused.

that’s really weird…..having something ‘wrong’ with your nose is such a personal thing, she might think it looks fine but you might think it’s too big…..I don’t know why she would have said that to you.

I think most people who have nose jobs don’t have anything ‘wrong’ with their nose-it’s just changing what you have to be more of what you like.

If I were you I would request a consultation with a surgeon and see what they say. I had mine with Mr Gonschoir, he is amazing and very honest.

Yes i have read many good things about Mr Gonschoir. He seems to be the best.

I probably wouldn’t want it doing till next year
