Hi they do all different types of lift but it depends on the lift you need the surgeon will tell you you don’t really get the choice.
I’m pretty sure the anchor lift is if you need to lift the nipple higher by quite a lot and have lots of excess skin. There’s also a lollypop lift (without the incision underneath)
In my case I had the doughnut lift this is because my nipples were slightly too far down from having tuberous breast shape and needing some of my areola removed because often tuberous breasts have enlarged areolas.
The crescent lift is the mildest lift.
I would advise you to have a consultation with a surgeon and not to get your heart set on the mildest lift as it is not always possible. There’s only a handful of us on the forum who have had the doughnut lift and I only know one person who’s having the crescent lift.
