Disappointed And Dont no What To Do Now ….

So i had my first consultation with mya nearly a year ago and i was very pleased then i went to see mr kazzazi who was very nice i felt very at ease with him and i agreed with what he said i then put a deposit down as i new mya was the one for me and decided i was gunna save up … i had a few problems as they did ring me all the time and i was made to feel i had to book as soon as poss so i did then nowing i did not have the money i had to cancel then i had a problem with my pc who was very rude i did talk to someone and this got sorted asap …. since then iv saved my money and im very nearly their so i decided i would come bk on the forum to find LOADS of complaining about mya this was not the case a year ago and they never had complaints before i tried to ring my pc but she had left then was told i would get a phone call and never did so i posted on hear and mya mod ( thank you ) sorted it i spoke to my new pc and she was lovely but after reading about the after care im thinking it may not be for me also ino my op will be at park hill and i red loads of complaint about it the otherday i dont wont to pay all this money to be messed around iv not got the best of temper to start with and ino i will go mad if they do this to me i really wonted mya to be all that but now i dont no what to do

I’ve had no problem with MYA theyve been fantastic from the beginning I had my boobs done on Tuesday n they are fantastic my pc and nurse weds just to see how I was I have no complaints about MYA and one persons bad comment will always stick around longer than 5 good comments which is a shame I also read all the comments but chose to ignore them coz after all every experience differs from person to Person something thats pissed someone else off may be no big deal to me n I’m glad I stuck with MYA the service and aftercare has been fantastic for me I’d recommend them to anyone fantastic company with fantastic staff and surgeons n now I have fantastic boobs jobs a gdun xx

Hello, since booking my BA in Feb I have had brilliant customer service from MYA, my nurse, pc receptionists have all kept in touch to see if I’m prepared and called me back when they weren’t available, I have my op on Monday and have faith that the aftercare are going to be as good as the care if had up to now, it’s been fab , brilliant staff, surgeon and on Monday new boobies teehee xxx

Me too, I’m soooo happy with the service from MYA too I’m 17 days post op and everyone has been great, really quick to get back to me if I have any problems. My PC is great, Leeds clinic have been brilliant and Mario has worked wonder on my boobs

I agree with Danielle, bad comments scar for 3 times longer than good which is a shame! xx

I’m 14 days post op and I am sooooo happy with MYA been fantastic all the way through. 3 of my friends have booked for procedures with them too and all happy so far. When you are such big company dealing with so many people it is hard to get 100% good feed back but agree the the girls that something that is a problem to one person isnt always a problem to another. I have to give feedback on how I have been treated by MYA and I couldn’t be happier. Only you can make the decision huni. Good luck xx

I’ve had a brilliant service from the Newcastle branch! Julie is legend, and a fantastic PC…she even rang me at 7.30am at the hospital before my surery…she doesnt start work until 11.30am! I have had nothing but friendly people and I know I can ring or text any time and get a reply within a day! I think from reading this forum, Manchester seems to have been a problem…..but #I can highly recommend Newcastle, and Mario! He is a fab surgeon….he doesnt give a hugely long consultation, but at the end of the day, its free and most surgeons are £150 for a consultation, and then you may not like them….then at MYA they arent paid…probably hence the quick consultations! But I didnt have alot of questions, I can recommend them, look at my pics if you want ( I love showing my boobs off now!)I had 410 overs from a 32b after childbirth, so they were slightly empty, and they are amazing now! I looked into alot of companies as I am a medical professional, and I can recommend mya xxx

Hey Shonamarie, unfortunately all the negatives i’ve been reading lately about the post op care have eventually affected my decision to go ahead with surgery with Dr Singh through MYA. And after my consultation with MYA and several other groups, i felt most comfortable with another group and what they could guarantee me. That coupled with negatives really made my mind up for me.

The one great thing is MYA Mod really is a star, and i’ve noticed is always there to try and resolve any issues girls are facing promptly and effectively (which is great)

But the one reason i wanted to go with MYA was the great aftercare i’d heard about, and i was willing to pay MYAs lifetime guarantee with Natrelle implants for this. After seeing the negatives they have obviously overshadowed the positives of choosing MYA and i’ve now booked in with a different company who a few of me and my moms mutual friends have used for cheaper, because i hate to think im spending extra for something i want, only to find i may not have a good experience with.

All the girls on the site who i’ve spoke with are 100% happy with their surgeons and surgeries which is fantastic thats 100% of girls that i’ve been in contact with.

I think my best advice is to get a few consultations with a few different surgery groups, that way you have ALL the information you need about each one to make an informed decision based on surgeon, pre and post operative care included, price, hospital location… etc etc

You may find after speaking with them all, you feel most comfortable with MYA. Afterall its your experience in your life and you need to have faith in those who are going to be involved in a surgery your paying for

I totally agree with dee13,this is a life changing decision,when you have selected the company,research all you can about the company and the surgeon,also ask for information on that particular surgeons revisions,how many has he done,go to other companies have a few consultations,its so easy to jump in when you are excited,pick the first company you come across,when just want it done, to have new boobs,we have all been there,I used Mya for my nose reshaping in December,and I have to say I can not fault them,dont rush in to anything honey,its your money, your body,your life and definitely your decision.Good luck honey xxx

im 7 days post op and since my first phone call 2 mya i had nothing but fantastic service they have treated me so well and looked after me brilliantly. ive never felt that i am just a number. they really do care about their patients.

i get called back so quickly and from my experience i would recommend mya so highly!!! the surgeons are fantastic and my pc and nurse are amazing and are really caring

its your choice at the end of the day and i hope u make the right 1 hun…xxx

hi shonamaria i am nearly 6 weeks post op with newcastle branch and they have been fab from beginning to end … there was a tiny problem with trying to get ontouch with the nurse last week but mya mod sorted it what a star lol but they have been amazing pre op and post op so glad i went with MYA couldnt of asked for anything better xxx hope you make the right decision for you hun xxxx

I’m at Leeds Hun Iv heard note but good about mr kazzazi so that’s good it’s just MYA after care that im sick of reading about I just hope their as good for me as all the girls about xxx

I’m at Leeds too, my pc louisa she’s been brilliant with me. Day before op I had 3 calls from them just to wish me luck n see if was ok n ur in extremely safe hands with Mr k xx

I agree with beckie90, I had Mr Kazzazi too on Friday, and he is brilliant. You will always hear about negatives on here, because it is one of the few places to voice them, but there are thousands and thousands of positive experiences that go unheard xx

staff at leeds are amazing Jemma has been fantastic!! got my first week check on tuesday i didnt get a good vibe from other company’s like all they wanted was my money but MYA actually made me feel asthough I was a patient not just a paying customer if that makes sense I opted for Mr Traynor from manchester though lol me being awkward so glad I did though thats what I liked most I could choose any surgeon in the country XX
