disappointed!! please tell me they wont shrink anymore :-( :-(

Sooo upset, I was in a 34dd sports bra comfortably, and now even a d cup sports bra feels loose I want to cry so much, thought I would be at least a dd cup from 410 unders but I barely fill a d cup

dont pay to much attention to sports bra sizes hun, i wore a DD sports bra but i wear a FF cup, sports bra sizes are totally diffrent from proper bras, you’ll see once you get measured but you measure at least a DD/E cup xx

how many days post op are u? the swelling might of gone down but then they will fluff n get fuller! so dont worry! also i was wearin an E sports bra but im in FF-G bras now! xx

Hey thanks for reply, I’m 10days post op, everyone keeps saying to me there small aren’t they, well upset, really hope they get bigger soon, I know they are sooo much better than what I had bit I was rather looking foward to dd / e cup lol Xx

I was the same hun, for a week I literally cried when mine shrank, as I never read on here about it happening, I was devastated completely. Going from an a to dd, the shrinking to a d being big is awful, but they grow back, I’m back in the dd, and can’t fit in the d without a squeeze, but they will grow, honestly. It’s just your surgery swelling going, give it a week and you will see the creep back up. I’m almost six weeks post op now, and I still have a way to go xx

U had unders they will get bigger an u won’t even realise it, I was in E sports bra an I got measured 34G I’m 8 weeks po an noticed them gettin bigger at around 5 weeks jus be patient huni, I had 560 unders xx
