Disappointed with you BA?

Is there anyone who is disapointed with their BA if yes, why?

hi there hun I wouldn’t say disappointed but problems Ive had i feel like screaming I had my B/A on the 13 June Then due to problems i had to have another on 12th this month really just hope it starts going OK from here. Ive waited a long time so i will get there in the end xx
