    Today I had a consultation booked with the surgeon at Fenchurch street, I had to take half a day unpaid at work and struggled with train delays to be told that unfortunately my appointment wasn’t on the system and I couldn’t be seen for 2weeks and my surgery date I wanted would no longer be possible.

    The receptionist advised that my PC had thought she had booked the appointment and could only apologise. I was prepared to wait to see the surgeon but was just told unfortunately as he was really busy my only option was to book for 2weeks time.

    I am extremely disappointed as I found my experience with MYA great up until today..
