Discharge from nipples…

Has anyone had this? I’m almost 8 months post op, rang the nurse she said it’s nothing to do with the op as there’s no problems with the scars. Just wondering that’s all if anyone else has had this! Niplles are also really dry and crusy and itchy at times. Been given cream by the doc just hope it clears up soon xxx
