Disgusted with MYA!

Seems as if the only way to get recognised from MYA is to write a post on here. The service I have received is disgusting. As soon as the money went through and I had my op that’s it! Mya don’t care! I email and get no response I call and no one calls me back text my PC and find out from another girl on facebook that’s she’s left and MYA don’t even have the decency to tell you. I am unhappy with my results and MYA could care less. I contacted the CHELMSFORD clinics manager no response I contacted the head of PCS and once again no response! I am now 1 week away from holiday and nothing has been rectified about my issues and I have to go away feeling down and insecure. I’m will never recommend Mya and I wish I never went with them. DISGUSTED!!!

I feel exactly the same! MYAs aftercare is shocking and I will be writing a formal complaint.

@myamoderator I dont think your patients well being is even a thought for MYA nor are you interested in the complaints. Otherwise you would not remove them from the forum. Patients should see the kind of things to expect from MYA good or bad. Its disgusting how you are treating me and a number of other patients.

That message from the moderator is literally just a copied and pasted one which is used whenever someone complains on here. So that for a start doesn’t sound too sincere does it.

Im gutted you are unhappy with your boobs and aftercare. Defintly making me think twice about which company to go with! x
