dismissal from hospital

will i be able to leave on my own in a cab?i cannot get anyone to come with me, surely they let you leave??!!

not in a cab u can, u need someone to pick u up or be with u as they will need to carry ur bags etc

I think the hospital can arrange a car to take you home, ive heard of alot of girls having to go home alone so i think if they arrange it for you then the driver will carry your bags for you, they cant hold you hostage lol as long as u do a wee before you leave an get someone to carry ur bag u will be fine x

yeah they can arrange transport if u r alone but it’s quiet expensive, couple of hundred I think x

lol wow sod paying that! if u know a cabbie u can trust then use him! theres so many stories on here about not being able to leave if u dont do this an that, one girl told me if i dont stay 30 min from hospital m after care will be void lol nonsence! all i had to do to go home was go for a wee lol

yes u can go in a cab on ur own. I did last Wednesday. Just go on yell.com and put in cab/taxi for the hospital post code. Think its N6 but don’t no the rest. It will bring up all the local taxi firm near the hospital. Call them to get an idea on price but be sure to have 2 or 3 numbers in ur diary for later. When u’ve been discharged, u can either use the hospital taxi or just call using ur diary. That’s what l did but then l live in London (30 mins away)so that makes a difference.

thanks chill, im pretty sure my friend will come in the afternoon and then wait with me to drive me back, how much did you pay for the cab? cos i live in central london too if you dont mind me asking
