DISSOLVABLE STITCHES HANGING!!!!! :-/

Hay, Does anyone know how long the dissolvable stitches take to go?? I am 4 weeks post op and had open rhino. I have a couple of tiny stitches hanging out of my right nostril which is quite embarassing as i can really notice it lol!! I have tried to trim then but am really scared im going to pull them out and disturb the healing! I have a party next week and really dont want these hanging out! I am not seeing Dr G until 29th either! Need help :o) xx

have u tried calling the nurse? she is probably your best person to ask x
