Do 260 over implants end up looking bigger than 260 under implants?

Help I need some advice on the above. I have my surgery 2 weeks today and still do not know whether to go 260 or 300 over

Hey Hannahroseeee and chichi2, my surgeon has advised me to go with overs so thats why I am unsure to go with 260 or 300 as I think overs always look a bit bigger anyway?? xx

dherson, I had that same question until the morning of the surgery, which was yesterday.

I was a small 32b and wanted to be a good 32c. On my first appointment my surgeon suggested either 260cc or 300cc overs. After that I did a lot of research that only made me feel more confused, amongst others that overs look less natural which the oposite of what I wanted, but because several girls told me that they had overs and their breast still looked natural I trusted my surgeon. Yesterday morning when dr C came to mark me I asked him several questions and he told me that because i was skinny if I wanted a natural look I should go for 260cc. I trusted him, its done and hopefully I won’t regret it. Now I’m just glad that all those indecisions that lasted 4 weeks are over because there’s nothing else that can be done xx

I wasn’t even offered 295 [anatomical equivalent of 300] as they wouldn’t have fit width wise lol have very tiny boobies to start of with, 28 back.

if you can fit 260-300 in then they may look proportionally what mine look like even overs. – may not be bigger projection wise but just width wise if you have wider breasts to start with. p.s if your worried about what they look like as overs ask about anatomicals.

ill be adding more pictures today – also I have anatomicals so are always going to look more natural as they have a sloped projection not a round one, so you can go bigger without looking fake.
