Oh lol I’m staying over lol and we’ll I take zinc and vit c anyways and been advised to keep taking it after op bt not taking it now as 5 days to go and not to take it a week before op and mr singh suggested I take arnica x

baby wipes hun for if you need a wee before your op!! Using them will make you feel cleaner before theatre!!! x

hi – had my op 7 months ago and sorry had to laugh at your list – just to let you know you can’t use dermatix strips until 6 weeks post op and no bio oil until your stitches are out. Thought by your list you were staying for a week not overnight! Def recommend baby wipes as can’t use most things pre-op , something to take your make up off with if needed. xx
