Do i have everything??

Hey ladies, I have my surgery 1 week on Wednesday and just want to know I have everything I need.
– V Pillow
– Macom Bra
– Arnica Tablets
– Joggers, zip up jumper (to wear home after surgery)

If anybody thinks I need anything else or if there is something I should be doing before hand please let me know 🙂

Energy drink and cheWing sweets to stop you feeling sick and magazines or something to keep you entertained good luck xx

I would also recommend charcoal and some extra stong painkillers if you can get them
Charcoal helps with you feeling bloated and will help you be able to go loo after your op
They just gave me I burofen and I do feel like you need something a lil strong im not in agony but it helps just to not feel the pain

And if your going to Fitzroy take an iPad/kindle or something to watch as the TVs in their rooms don’t work yet! x

I would take a big bottle of water in with you with a squeezy top so it’s easy to drink. You’ll probably be quite thirsty after surgery and might find it hard to lift your arms high enough, with your head tilted back to drink.

I’d definitely buy a roll on deodorant as well.

Dry shampoo and antibacterial wipes. I would also recommend getting your under arms waxed I so wish I had done that I couldn’t shave for ages after hurt to lift my arms. Gd luck with your op xx
