Some surgeon dont even recommend you wearing one hun, so an hours or two freedom of wearing a night wont do no harm, I used to take mine of in the evening for a bit xx

I take mine off for an hour on the morning while I’m gettIng showered and ready and a couple of hours in the evening. It’s too much wearing it 24/7. Couldn’t do it the first week cos my boobs felt like they were gonna fall off but I’m 10 days post op now xx

Same, 10 days post op and there are times during the day when the Macom feels really tight, I take it off for a little while to give myself a breather

Thank god for that I was being driven to go shopping today I’m 4 days PO and I had to take mine off in the car I didn’t give a toss a queue of traffic saw my new babalons .. It was digging the hell out of me so for two hours shopping I had no bra on .. Don’t worry girls I was clothed just couldn’t handle the bra as I thought they were going to explode haha xxx
