    Hi Divafly,
I know exactly what you mean!!!
I found it really hard to sleep all the way through the night. The first few weeks for me I was yawning at work, irritable due to lack of sleep etc. I found my boobs were like laying on 2 beach balls. I’m a bit of a wriggler in my sleep so that didn’t help either. I have had 2 BA’s ..the first BA I found sleeping became easier after a few weeks when the boobies had settled down a bit. 2nd time round its been nearly 5 months and I do get the odd aching in my left boob (thats what side I tend to sleep on. I’ve also found its my left boob that still hasn’t got full sensitivity back yet (especially around my nipple area). I’m not too worried though as this is quite normal as it takes time for implants to fully settle down. I did sleep with my sports bra on for a good few weeks as I had big implants 2nd time round and they felt heavy when I took it off.

I hope you get some sleep soon!!!

I noticed you’ve said you had 2 BAs, i was just wondering how long after your first BA did you have your second, also was in more painfull, were the scars worse and do you find they look really fake compared to your first BA, sorry about the questions and please don’t feel like you have to answer, it’s just your the first person thats mentions you’ve had two BAs. Sorry to ramble on also.

    Hiya Lui,
I had my first BA 10 years ago with Transform, I was a 32a to start with and had 340cc under the muscle. This was the maximum cc that could be fitted in at the time!!! I had to have the implants under as I had little breast tissue for overs. I waitied 10 years between BA’s and was adivsed by Mr singh at MYA that I would be able to go bigger because the 340cc’s had stretched my breast tissue. I now have a 700cc under the muscle and I am a 32F. 2nd time round the pain was sooo much easier and I did not wake up with any drains out of each boob. I just seemed to recover better. I found with my first BA and it takes a good few months for your implants to settle down and soften etc. Mine did look a bit fake to start with but thats because of the swelling, small frame, etc. Even with the bigger implants they have softened and look great but still settling down. I much prefered MYA 2nd time round and thought Mr Singh did a fab job of my new boobies!!!

Mind you I’m still wearing push up bras even with the new F cup……better get saving for next BA hehe xxxx

    Emma,

Thank you, you’ve cleared up alot of things for me and now i know that i will definietly have mine re-done(yay), i had Mr Singh for my first BA and like you had very little breast tissue he could only fit 260cc in which has boosted me from a 32A to 32D (but look a 32C) and my ideal size would be a 32F, your so lucky. Although i’m only 7 weeks post op from my first BA so a while yet till i can have mine re-done but i’m not sure i can wait 10 years, lol, i might have to try and hold out 5 years at least though. Im glad you’re happy with yours and i will be the exact same no matter what size i end up i will still be wearing the push up bras,:-). xx

    hia,

i cant imagine what its like not being able to sleep! ive managed to get a good 7 hours sleep each night, only waking up once.
Speak to your PC about the sports bra (im not wearing one at all)
i was told by the nurses at the hospital to take my pain killers just before i go to bed, im sure this is helping. I also fnd that sleeping in more of an upright position helps (with my v pllow)

    hope you get comfy soon!

Thanks jojo.. Mr adamo said i dont have to wear a sports bra if i dont want to.. But i’m just worried because the nurse said the bra vrings the breast closer and gives it a round shape. I will try not sleeping with the bra tonight though. Probably because i have never given birth before but i’m in so much discomfort right now.
