Do I need a bigger back size for post op bra?

Going to buy a Macom as at my pre op got told they wouldn’t no what size for me to buy so this will be easier than buying loads of different cheapy ones. I’m usually a 36 back but do I need to get a bigger size coz of swelling or anything? Very confused!! x

No, the Macom will be perfect as it has expandable cups. Just get whatever back size you normally are. They are meant to be tight and will feel a little constrictive at first till your swelling goes down. With other sports/ surgery bras you might need to get a couple of different back sizes. I got the asda post op bra in a 34d and found the band was way too tight.
