Do I need an uplift?

Im nearly 19 and Im a 34F/E, I wouldnt say my boobs were extremyl saggy, but i find that when im not wearing a bra they just sag alittle bit, and I’d love to be able to sunbath topless on holiday but I never would due to my boobs not really being pert enough, Id also love to be able to wear strapless dresses withouth a bra and them not look awful on me. I would like my breasts to be slightly bigger as I knnow they sound big but i think on my body they dont look that big, should i get an upleft and implants or would implants make them uplifted anyway? xx

you should book in for a consulation babe and when you see the surgeon he will tell you if you need an uplift or not x x

this is EXACTLTY the same as me, im 5’11 tall and a size 16-18 (but in proportion) im a 38G (roughly) but since i used to be a size 20 and ive lost quite a lot of weigh, my boobs have sagged quite a bit, im large breasted as it is but i dont know if i wish to have an uplift with the horrible scaring at such a young age as ive only just turned 20? so maybe having implants will bring them up and just make them bigger instead? let us know how it goes! im far to scared to go for a consultation, id just think they will pressure me into having them done like sales people xxx

I recently had my op with mr Traynor & at first he advised implants & lift but when doing op no uplift was required as he had done such a fab job at choosing implant size this did the trick of lifting me. I would recommend him as he wont do uplift unless really needed – i even ended up with a £1700 refund which speaks for itself doesnt it xxx

my goodness thats great! where abouts he is based? sorry ive only just started on here, and do you mind me asking how much was it originally going to cost for the uplift and implants? xx

Im scared to go for a consultation aswell haha, and I like dont wanna pay for an uplift if I dont need one, and do they move the nipple? cus i dont like the thought of my nipple being moved! hahaha and is it true that you loose sensation in your nipples? xx

Hiya, Im 23 and I am having a Uplift with implants and a Tummy Tuc on 19th April with MR Traynor. I am a 34E now, my nipples dont point south, however I def need the uplift, I have excess skin from weight gain/loss when Preg. I was initially sh**ing myself about the scars but now I am not that fussed. I think I will loose a fair bit of size cos of the uplift n having a 260 high profile implant in the hope they look full. xx

im havein uplift an 380cc implants in two an half weeks with mr adamo after losein 7st 3lb in weight my boobs are very saggy an empty

My friend needed an uplift and BA but she chose to just have BA as her surgeon said she’d notice a great improvement with just that. And it does. At first. But after a year it doesn’t look good and she desperately needs an uplift and now can’t afford to get it done.

My PC said the way to test if you need an uplift is to lift one of your boobs up and pop a pen under, let your boob drop and if the pen stays in place whilst you walk about, you likely need an uplift. x

But she did go with Transform, not MYA. All of my friends have gone with Transform and you know what? They haven’t a clue about what sizes they’ve had, whether they’ve had unders or overs, what profile they’ve had or anything. Shocking. x

lola it’ll all depend on what your bodys like and how the surgeon will think your body will react to the implants etc.

i want overs but dont no what he has put me down for as did really no at the time an texted my pc to ask she said i can tell him on the day

im gonna go for a consultation, is it like significantly more expensive to get an uplift aswell as implants? xx

you’ve also got the cost of an overnight stay with an uplift…i’v paid £5750 for mine xx

When you have an uplift do you lose alot of size I’m a 34D and wanting implants and a nipple lift not sure about what size il end up any one Been in the same position ? X

I’m a very saggy 34C at the moment and with 320 unders it should take me to a DD apparently…I don’t really want to go much bigger – I just want the lift more than anything xx

is the sensation in the nipple always lost? i think thats the only thing putting me off aswell as i cant afford it yet!
