do i need to wear a support bra PO

hey girls i had my op 7 weeks today with unders and they are still hard and cant be pushed together as they still have not dropped. I wore a breast band as i had mario and was only supposed to wear it 2 weeks but i kept wearing it til my 6 week check up last week where the nurse told me i no longer needed to wear it and i can wear normal bras. I thought the band was to help push the implant down into the pockets thats why i carried on wearing it for soo long. Now i dont wear a bra at all as im hoping by doing this my boobs will drop quicker. Should i be wearing a sports bra at least to support my boobs during the day and at night or is it okay for me to carry on going braless? i dont feel they are soft enough for normal bras at the moment but im scared im doing damage or affecting the results of my boobs by not wearing a bra xx

I would get sports bras personally, i had overs 18 weeks ago and still wear sports bra for – work, sleeping and sports.

My boobs still dropped in the sports bra. Ring your pc/nurse if your confused.
