Well first it was the size that was the dilema..still is.. but now I have been reading about Allergan Inspria round Soft Touch implants! Spoke to my PC, who said these have a lifetime guarantee rather than the 10 years that the standards implants that Mya use have. They are meant to be softer than the other implants too (although my PC said this isnt the case?!) (she didnt sound that keen on me having them to be honest?!) …. and if anything goes wrong with them, it will be put right, no matter how long after your op…. they are another 461 on top of the price I am paying. Told my PC I will have to think about it as I dont know what to do now!! And Mr Singh needs to know as they will have to be ordered in specially… can anyone advise please! Thank you!! xxx
Hi, I paid extra for inspira soft touch, as they come with a lifetime guarantee and they come with less risk of rippling etc! Although standard ones are fine but I just thought if I’m paying all this money fir something that I’m gonna have for at least 10 years then I’m gonna go for the best!
Well thats what I am thinking…. and its not like its another 3K or anything is it. Does the sizing still work the same though as looking on various websites it says the inspira soft touch come in different widths etc etc?? rather than just the 460, 525cc etc? Or is that not the case? There are so many flippin questions, and my PC is a bit useless to be honest! Think I may call on Monday and asked to speak to someone else! Thanks you!
Lol! My pc is a bit useless too! They do differ slighty in size so best to check when ur ordering! Not a huge difference but it’s good to know exactly what to expect when ur trying out sizes and stuff! When’s ur op hun?
Hiya, i had this thought but after speaking with mr Chantarasak…. he thinks they do not feel any softer & he said we are only covered for the cost of the implant & not the surgery if you needed it redone…. plus he said bodies change over the years so we may need or want another BA Anyway??? he didnt seem overly fussed he said he could put them in for me if I wanted but did not rave about them at all.. hence I am going for the normal CUI’s… it is a hard decision though & if money is not an issue then maybe go for it !
Hey i was going to get the standard cui implants in 410cc but instead went for inspira soft touch implants and they came in 415cc not 410cc and are meant to be a little wider in measurements than the standard cui’s. I have had both standard ones before and inspira ones and for me i found a difference, the inspira soft touch ones are quite a lot softer. x
Hi Ashley, just added you as a friend, its so confusing. I guess if you are not covered for the cost of the surgery, just the implants…. which are only 460… then unless they are defo softer, I would probably go with the normal ones. But if you say they are much softer then I feel inclined to go for the inspira… its so difficult to know what to do for the best!!! x
The standard cui’s are soft too and plenty of ladies get them and are happy with them, for me personally though i felt the inspira soft touch ones were softer as well as the better guarantee that comes with them but i got them for no extra charge as the surgeon felt they would give my no rippling as opposed to the standard ones through having a bigger implant for my body and i have no rippling either. p.s have accepted you xx
hi i had inspira soft touch and due to their texture they are suppose to reduce the risk of capsular contractive/cc. but remember inspira have another implant called inspira responsives – these implants have the same guaranntee but the inspira responsives are softer then the inspira soft touch (believe it or not)
sorry hun i hope i havent confused you but atleast you have more info so you can make an informed decision x x
