Do I tell them my budget at the consultation?

I want to spend a max of £3500 on a BA. Do I tell MYA this at the first consultation? When is the final price you pay decided?

The price is set hun.. 3850 for day case and 4250 for an over night stay x

On the day hun. Its £4250 for BA. If u reccomend a friend u get £150 off and If you got in hospital as day case instead of over night u save £400. So that will get u down to £3700. x

See if you can get a late space too if you want to get it done quicker.. you might get about 250 knocked off xx

Boo I thought people had haggled before! Ah well I live 30 mins drive from my nearest clinic so would I be able to get a day case? I won’t ask about recommending a friend as I’m sure there’d be plenty of girls who would help me with that! x

I don’t think you’ll get anything less than £3,600 hun…that’s what I paid for a daycase and I got a late space. You’re only allowed one discount though so you wouldn’t be able to use a friend recommendation and a late space. £3,600 isn’t bad though! Only £100 more than your budget x

anyone can have a daycase, but it would depend how far you lived from the hospital, not clinic x

i gave a friens name so i had 150 knocked off bringing it done to 3700 then had to pay £500 deposit )

When do you pay the deposit? I want to book a consultation for June but not have the op until April 2012. Ta for all your help by the way! x

You pay the deposit when you book the op date.x

your deposit comes off the rest of the price though so it would be less to pay afterwards! x

Haggle, I did! At the end of the day they want your money and if they know you’d go elsewhere they’d definately do whatever possible to keep you, then obviously as any other company would they’d expect you to “tell a friend and spread the word” about MYA! It works in their favour in the long term… X
