do overs fluff?

Do overs fluff an if so when, I had 380 overs an the more there setllin the more there seemin to scrink I dnt want huge boobs but I was happy when they looked slightly bigger o dear is this the boob gread I heard so much about lol x

mine did twice i got bigger and 4 and 6 months po xx

sorry to sound stupid but what is fluffing and how does it happen?

Implants “settle” over first 3-6 months descending (usually) to a more natural position. The tissues soften and the implants can look bigger [“Fluffing”] xx
