Do overs or unders achieve the more fake look?

unders are known for the more real look… however it depends what breast tissue and what shape your breasts are before hand… as i asked for the natural look but wanted to get rid of my ski slope boobs so Mario recommeded overs! so it really does depend! mine look SO natural and they are overs! and i have seen some faker looking overs! ur surgeon will be able to recommend what he thinks is best for you. xx
