I went for a consult with mr traynor last night. I need a full upkift and implants. He has offered me 265 or 295cc natrelle overs. He said my skin is very thin and has lost its elasticity i also have no breast tissue in the upper pole which left me confused as to why he has offered me overs. He said its to avoid double bubble and to allow a natural movementof the implant with the rest of my breast. However im worried that they will sag very quick as they will b supported by my thin rubbish skin that he has already confirmed and that i will see the implant throught the skin. The thought of these problems makes me feel like crying and i cant help feeling like overs are not a good idea for me. What does anyone think

Maybe you should ask to see a different surgeon and get a second opinion?! My surgeon mr Singh offered me overs to start with then when I went in on the day he changed his mind n said he wanted to put them under! If ur worried u need to let him know and if he disagrees then definitely see a different surgeon x

Hi hun, I was in the same situation as you and although I have rippling down the middle to feel, its only slightly visible if I lean right over onto one side. I was assured by my Surgeon that rippling shouldn’t be a problem as I def have enough tissue to cover it but I was always skeptical about that and it seems I was right. However the problem I’ve seen girls have with unders with double bubble, symmastia etc seem worse to me than a bit of rippling. I’m only 4 mths PO and mine are already sagging, I had a slightly bigger implant than you, 325 natrelles. They fall under my armpits when I lie down :-( I’m waiting for 6 mths and then plan to go back to my Surgeon as I think my pockets were made too big for the implants. He also advised not to wear a bra at all so I didn’t for the first couple of weeks and wish I did now as perhaps it would have helped. Definitely see a few different Surgeons for opinions! x

Hey Hun…I would defo ask to see a different surgeon…I saw Dr Traynor and Helena. I needed an uplift as well as a BA and they both offered completely different sized implants! In my opinion Dr Traynor prefers to do a more natural subtle look, which isn’t what I was hoping for so decided to book with Helena, I have my op booked on 17th May. Dr Traynor is a fantastic surgeon but it doesn’t mean he’s the surgeon for you. Get another opinion and try not to let it get you down babe xxx
