Vicky.. feeling so tight today like a big fat man is sat on my chest basically! undoing the macom and letting them relax for 5-10 mins seems to relieve it when it gets bad, the swelling has def gone down, they’ve started to move inwards as they were stupidly stuck outwards to start with so i can happily go out in a tight top now and they look good so im pleased.. just got to get through this painful healing stage xx
