Do sports bra's give your boobs a nice shape in clothes?

Little worried they are going to look flat or a horrible shape?

Also… My pc has recommended I get a 36d cup sports bra, even though my 460 unders are hoping to get me to a d cup. Is this right or shall I get a bigger size?

Also do I get a back size bigger? xx

I found I needed a bigger back size in the sports bra but not in the macom. Can’t say the sports bra is very flattering I certainly couldn’t wear fitted clothes over the top. My macom flattens them but does at least make them look more rounded! Having said that I couldn’t even consider a normal bra at the mo anyway x

The sports bra does give a little more shape but there’s not much difference really x

sports bras tend to minimise your breasts under clothes so im not too fond of mine! lol but its all worth it in the end!xxx

My m&s sports bra makes my boobs look even more pointy ( think its because its got proper cups in it )so dont like it but my macom holds them back a bit and a bit more of a rouned shape which i much prefer

I am not looking forward to trying to find something that is wearable for work without looking too obvious. I was told to get a back size bigger but god only knows if it will fit! x

The MaCom was not the most flattering lol, but now i wear a shock absorber maximum impact for the gym and sometimes to bed and actually it’s not too bad looking. Obviously it makes them look smaller because it’s holding you in, but it’s padded and doesn’t make them look like torpedos
