Do the rice test first

Hey ladies
Believe me do this test because hoosing a size .
It really helped me
Although my partner thought it was hilarious that I had rice in my bra for 2 days lol
Here’s how u do it

Get digital scales
Place bowl then make sure you put the scales back to 0
Pour in the amount of grams equivalent to what CC your thinking of getting
E.g
350cc=350g
500cc=500g
And so on
Transfer into a sealable bag and place in your bra.
I used the M&S post op bras because they have a little pocket inside for placing implants
Mould to shape and your away , not big enough?? Add more but it also puts in to prospective how little per 25CC makes a difference.

Hi Paula I had my surgery on 30th may at Fitzroy
My surgeon was mrs Lutz
I choose 325cc as I didn’t have enough tissue to go any bigger I’ll attach a before & after for u xx

This is such a good idea, I might even try in an old pair of tights 🙂 thank you x

I agree I did that when I was trying to decide size! I weight out the rice equivalent to implant and cut off the ends of a pair of tights xx

When I ran this past my surgeon he said that the rice test was rubbish however comparing my photos it’s very similar!

Well my surgeon said it was as close as you’ll get it to the real thing.

Daft question but when putting the rice in the tights do you do it so it’s firm or so the rice can move around abit? Xxx

It isn’t a true reflection on the implant due to the shape but definitely a fab idea! I just used freezer bags hahaha was a bit loose in the bag but great to test xx
