do u need to take anything with u paperwork wise on day of op

Help I can’t find the info I got at pre op do I need it on the day if so I’m screwed lol

No, I didnt take any. You should be fine – call your PC if you’re worried xx

I took the whole folder i’d been given at every appointment but didn’t get asked for anything at all on the day xx
