Do you have to massage your boobs to avoid getting capsular contraction please help how and when xx x x

Definitely ask your nurse. My left boob started to go hard and sore so I’m massaging the life out of it, it hurts but it is working x

I’m over 4 months post op now and never been told to massage. I asked about it and was actually told not to for about 6 months. I know other girls have massaged from about week 4 though xx

Newboobies how long did you keep bandages on for? Do you take it off before your check up? Also does kazzazi use stitches? Xx

Yes Mr K uses dissolvable stitches. I had the surgical tape on for a week then my steri strips for another week. I didn’t take them off even though i got a horrid allergic reaction to the tape. I was scared to take off my steri strips lol and waited till they just fell off x
