Do you get more swelling with a nipple lift?

I just had my boobs done Friday 1st of June with a nipple lift. I love the size atm but. I only had 325cc from a 32A and I’m worried it’s all swelling and they’ll shrink down loads! Has anyone got any progress pics with the different between the swelling and settling ? Also did anyone have a lot of blood in dressings after a nipple lift? I can’t wait to get mine dressings changed they are soaked in blood from the first day (so gross) xx
