Do you get ripples with unders

Hi ladies can you only get ripples with overs or can it be unders aswel I’m having my op at Preston on 29th July and weighing up best option weather to get overs or unders

I think Al l implants ripple to a certain extent, it’s just how they’re designed, but it’s less likely to be visible if you get unders because there’s muscle and tissue between the implant and the skin. That’s the impression I got off my surgeon (Dr Mounir) anyway x
