do you have to have a macom

hi girls im going in on the 17th,aaahhhh!!! You don’t need a macom. I bought one and found it extremely uncomfortable. Threw it and got a sports bra instead. Much comfyer! Xx

I started in sports bras for the first two weeks, put my Macom on today and its really pushing my (still very hard) boobs together, quite painful!!

So, in answer to your question lol you dont ‘need’ one, my Asda sports bras are SOOOOOO comfy

some people swear by them, especially some of the girls having uplifts too, i’ve bought one for mine xx

when you say sports bras do you mean one that fastens or goes over thew head,not very sporty lol,never had onexxx

Ones that fasten at the back…you wont be able to put anything over your head for a a week or two, let alone squeeze into an overhead bra chick xx
