My PC told me that there isn’t a health reason for getting them replaced (obviously unless they rupture etc) and the only reason for replacement if nothing has gone wrong is purely for cosmetic reasons if you are unhappy about them sagging, changing shape after pregnancy or want them bigger kind of thing. So there’s no reason to have them replaced every 10 years for medical purposes.
Not too great with the different implant types but as I understand it there are the CUI’s which is what most girls will be offered as they are the standard implants or you can have Naturelles which have a slightly lower risk of rupturing. Sure there are lots more that I don’t know about though x
