Do you have to take any paperwork to hospital with you?

I havnt recieved a letter in the post will I need 2 take anything with me? Op on tuesday. Admin time 7.00 Wahoo!!

I took all the paperwork I had with me (receipts and conf letter) but didnt need them hun..I was at Highgate, it may vary at different hospitals x
