do you have to wear sports bra 24/7

2 days post op and i feel quite uncomfortable in my sports bra i just want to take it of for an hour an let them have a breather is this ok or not x

im 11 days p.o and have taken mine off for like and hour, my boobs are itching so bad the bras is making it so much worse x.. havnt done it till now tho x

mine are itchy to and feel hot from the swelling i just wanna get some air to them lol x

dont blame ya .. its horrable havnt to wear one constantly .. bought a new one today to try get a bit comfier, made it worse lol x

if you havent got one then get a macom, so much comfier then normal sports bra! im happy to live in mine 24/7 only taken it off to take pics an get some air for like 5 min lol xx
