    Hi Girls,

Just wondering if any of you wore a normal bra for a one off night out!?

Got a really nice dress and the Macom Sports Bra is doing me no favours at all!!!

I had my op on 28th January and dont wanna wear the bra on 26th Feb – it would have been a month?

Hi Melissa, have you tried getting a non wired support bra, they do them in Marks, they are a much nocer shape, much more bra like, so great for under lower tops and dresses

I agree with ROs – I have one on now & holds me better than my Macom – it’s £6 in tesco & call total support bra!! Non wired obviously – x

I read on internet last night that wearing a sports bra after a ba is very old fashioned and there’s no need 4 it. However ill still be wearing mines all the time xx

I am going to go to M&S and have a look – I will still be wearing a sports bra and it will only be for 7 hours max!

Jeezus Khanni, dont scare us like that!!

I have already looked at the ones in Marks, as I can not be facing going out on a night out with HUGE sports bra, not an attractive look under a dress. They have a pretty good selection of cute bra’s is all sizes, they do some specific post-op bra’s – all non wired :o)

On that subject – when can you use wired bra’s again?

    Good thread girls!

Some girls are advised to wear sports bras for longer than 6 weeks as they may not have healed enough or maybe if they have large implants. Lots of girls i spoke to can’t wear wired bras at all yet, even though they are 6 months as their implants would be potentially damaged by the wire.

Others say they have to wear sports bras at night for the rest of their lives, but we are talking with bigger implants like 460 and up
