Do you post op girls at night wear your bras tight or loss

I wear mine so that it’s tight but comfortable. I have a macom bra x

I wear the same as during the day. X

i have never worn 1 x

i’v heard some surgeons say not to wear one and some say to wear one 24/7…why is this? xx

I wear a 34 back most nights so it fits the cups but is a bit bigger on my chest, but i wear it on the tightest loops, normally i wear a 32 during the day x

I was told to wear the MACOM bra 24/7 and same tightness, mind you I do take it off for an hour in the evening just for a break!!!x 4 weeks left to wear it and on count down…..x

Sorry, should probably have asid i’m 8 weeks post op, but this is what i did pre 6 weeks too!

mr kazzazi told me to wear a bigger backsize and buy a bra from asda not the expensive one but wear the shoulder straps realy tight x x

i wore mine quite tight. and used the halter neck clip on it too so that they heeled to make a clavage insted of a big gap down the middle. 32c from marksys. at about week 3 i went to primark and bought 2 pack croptops size 8. so much more cumfy, x
