I know some ppl say implants last about 10 years, but my surgeon said they actaully last a life time, and having them changed over is all up to you, and if they change shape a little or sag, all down to having babies and how you look after them etc !

And that the implant actually lasts a lift time!! ** god i cud just imagine my skeleton in my coffin and two lumps of silicone!! ha ha!!!!!****

so do you think you would ever get them changed?????? i keep thinking that ill be too old to have new implant in the future as i am nearly 30 now!! ha ha!!

Hiya Janey, I seen your photos the other week and you look fab! How are you healing these days?

Not had consultation or BA as yet…but hopefully within the next year maybe.

I would say that implants lasting a lifetime definately depend on what you’ve mentioned such as having babies etc. Naturally as we get older changes such as gravity and age play a big part in our body… And I suppose, even though silicone is more advanced and considered safe these days, us girls have to consider other possible variables such ruptures etc. So, I if I do get BA in the next year, I would definately take measures in having a separate savings account for emergency replacement or replenishment just in case….xxx

    hi
just to let ppl no the implants last rughly 12-15 yrs. some cosmetic surgery places say a life time and what the actual truth is (soe offer a free set off implants when ur old start to ripple or change shape, not a free procedure so it’ll still be a fair few grand but new implants) therefore life time implants! they ay last longer than that but so far the best iplants are designed to last up to 15 but yes it does depend how ur body changed etc an how you look after them on how qwik they will ripple or change shape or lose volume xx
