Do you wash your scars with baby wash?…..

I’ve been rinsing them in the shower with water but it suddenly occurred to me that the nurse said to buy some baby wash you wash in. Now i’m not sure if she meant wash the scars with or just to wash the rest of my body in case it got in to the scars somehow?….. another girl on here posted that her nurse told her to have a bath with baby wash in, confused – help please girls? xx
