Doctors letter?

I’ve read that some gp’s will only send the concent form, and you pay like £20, but i havnt had this yet, and my op is on saturday?! xx

i dint have to pay anythin hun , ring yr pc she will tell u if shes recieved letter if niit she will chase it up , i panicked week b4 …but everythin was okx

hi hun i didnt pay either … my doc was really helpful.. MYA had sent my gp the consent form and the doctors had recieved it but it was in there computer so i made an appointment to see what was taking them so long to send it back … soon as i went in the doc opened my notes filled it out and faxed it strait back and even rang the nurse to say it was ok … if a was u hun awud go to ya docs asap coz they wont look at ya notes till you get in touch ..xxx gd luck
