Doctors notes

Hi Girls,

Have any of you had a doctors note to cover you off from work? I dont want work knowing about my surgery…

I think i should be booking a late space close to xmas, so i will only need five days and then I have annual leave two weeks booked so I have three weeks over xmas 🙂

How do I go about getting the doctors note? Also, what do they put on the note (hopefully not to much detail)

They can give you a doctors note that says nothing about the boob job hun that’s what my ps said 🙂 xxxxx
