does all mya surgeons tape you up for a week????????

hi im having my ba on the 19th of june with mr kazzazi and all the pics ive seen and people ive spoke too have had this tape round them for a week!!!!! i cannot deal with not seeing my boobs for a week !!!!! does any surgeons not do this ??? x

im thinking about changing my surgeon if he wont consider not putting the tape on x

I didn’t know that about Mr Adamo, how he does his ops slower…..things i hear about him just get better and better!! :o) xx

Mr Adamo did my op, and yes you only have two plasters overs your scars, so that means that you get to see your new boobs straight away! My scars are only 4cm long and they are both right in the crease under my boobs, so you can’t even see them. He is fab x

i hav’nt heard anyone talk of mr Malik, but i had him .
No covering of my boobies and no bruising, he just recommends the breast band to help them drop into place nicely.
Was he a figment of my imagination! did i dream it ! x

if ur havin mr k ask him prior op to not put too much tape on as he tends to which after a wk left my back very sore alomost like havin sunburn , nurse for post op said to me did u ave mr k , i said yes , and she sed i cud tell as he uses too much tape . jus be aware as the tape does hurt to take off.

I had Dr Singh on the 14th May so only 6 days ago and he tapes up. I was unsure about this at first but im glad he did as it felt like they were kept in place and would set right if that makes sense lol. My tapes still showed my boobs off and were only really around the edge’s and up through the middle to help the muscle to heal correctly. I was abit naughty this morning though and my partner took them off as i got sun burnt yesterday and the edges were rubbing and wanted them off. I have my post op appointment with nurse tomorrow to have them removed (LOL). Im now wearing my sports bra but feel abit lost without the tapes tightness haha. I wouldnt worry about having tapes as im soooooo glad i did. xxx

I had Dr Adamo on the 19th may and i’ve got 2 little dressings on underneath and prefers you not to wear a bra for 2 weeks so they can settle quicker, he also uses dissolvable stitches. I am really pleased so far.

OMG… I’m having Mr Kazzazi to do my BA on 4th June. I’m going to mention the tape to him but I bet he’ll do what he sees right. I just dont want it to hurt when the tapes being removed… EEK! x

Mr Kazzazi does tape up, it goes under and over the boobs then round your back, its just to keep them tight once youve had them done, also your scars will be protected, you can still see the size of them, and how they look, its the best feeling when you have them removed and see how good they now look!

ohhh it doesnt hurt either, the nurse was very nice, and talked all the way through it, they use a fluid to help take it off easier!! x

Hi anyone had mr chantrasak do you know how he tapes up or not as the case may be? I’m having my nose done the same time as my ba in September has anyone had a nose job too? I can’t wait I’m sooo excited!!! x
