Does an upift alone (without implant) decrease your bust size?

i am trying to find this out for my sister in law!! as she is a 34dd and quite saggy, and having an uplift (ONLY!!)(NO IMPLANT!)done on the nhs! but will she loose some of her bust! as i had an uplift and implant 2getha, and i know that they cut some off and around and re position your nipple. I had to have a smaller implant as not enough room for a bigger one. I ended up having 340cc but i ended up a 32e anyway so all good.

I said to my sister in law she should try blag a free implant aswell, to fill them up a bit, cos surely she,ll loose a big of breast tissue!! any body know!??

Im planning to have uplift and implants, originally only going in for an uplift as ive lost 3 stone i used to be 34 JJ now a 30/32 G, but they are really saggy its aweful and im only 22, so i had a consultation and surgeon told me without implants i will go from a G to C/D becuase all thats filling my bra at the moment is skin, So yes i think she will definately lose breast tissue (or what you think is breast tissue).
