I have asthma hun, just take your ventolin as instructed,if you have becotide take that as instructed too, dont confuse the tightening of the chest with your asthma, people who dont have asthma sometimes experince the tight feelings in their chest post op,try not to panic sweetie, this will just aggravate the asthma, take a couple of deep breaths in through the noes out through the mouth, slowly this will help, any worries message me,xxx

I have asthma too. I had the same. I found little shortish breathes better to start as only couldn’t do deep breath. It does pass n get better to breath. But as Tina said try not to worry n stay calm. I didn’t have to use my inhalers tho just took my breathing slowly. I thought if I needed them I actually didn’t know how I was gonna take them cos it prob would of hurt me but I’ll never know if it would of.

How r u doing apart from this? Xx
