does anyone know if wearing a bra helps help with swelling??????????????

hi had ba weds so day 5 now my left boob is swollen compared to right one by around a cup size maybe lil less id say..nurse etc arent concerned..

thing is its driving me mad as mr adamo said i didnt have to wear a bra it was up to me so ive choosen not too but now im wandering if i should?? would support help with swelling?? ive put bra on got 34f it fits quite well ..well especially with left swollen 1 makes it abit tight but wandreed maybe help??? any1 know??

also wen you put ya bra on if the middle bit doesnt fit snug on chest is this too small??
