Does anyone know what Mario Russo advices…

…regards bras for post op? Am i best off getting a Macom or is that one from Asda just as good? Or should i wait for my pre-op on the 26th to see what the nurse suggests? Just want to get organised xx

And also, how many girls got breast bands? Are they worth it?xx

you get a breast band given by the surgery hun but i didnt need mine as i had overs n just went tesco for bra x

I had mr russo n he just said a supportive sports bra that’s not underwired, I got mine from marks and spencer, 2 for £16 and I find them comfy. I got given my breast band before I left the hospital after surgery, think any1 that has unders has to wear it. Xx
