Hey does anyone know when its ok to lift my little girl, im 11 days post op, im feeling fine, iv managed to wash my hair etc, iv been driving about this weekend, and im managing to lift things up etc. Iv not really had any pain since my op but i dont want to over do it, so i was wondering how long it would be until i can lift my little girl up, feel really bad because my partner is having to pick her up all the time etc, my mums been coming round to help out too. xx

Hi! I was picking my 2 year old up the day after my op! Altough it killed me afterwards it hasnt done me any harm.
I’m now 6 days post op and back to doing normal things now. I’m even sleeping on my side which is the best thing of all!!! xx

im 12 days post op today and driving kills!! I cant put in into reverse at all lol. but everything else is ok xxx

i’m 6 days post op and my daughter is at my mums untill wednesday which i hate i want her back now i miss her loads, all i keep thinking is the longer i rest the better i will heal !

i’ve got all my older children here and managing to do everything for them,

you have to do what you feel is best, if my little one was here i’d be picking her up !

Id say wait a few more days then slowly start lifting again, but be very careful, as you dont wanna move your implant X
