hi xlyannex i think ineed an uplift an implant as have lost 7 stone an got empty saggy boobs want it done in july

i have lost 4 stone and have empty boobs but luckily i only need an enlargement to give me the fullness i have lost. well done on loosing the weight. hopefully you will only need implants too!! there is kind of a way to test, if you put a pen or a pencil under your breast and your nipples are above the pen or pencil you should be ok for just an implant but if your nipples fall below you will need an uplift too, have you had any consultations yet?
