Does everybody have to have a blood test??

Just woundering does everybody have to have a blood test taken if you are going to go ahead and have a boob job x

Only if they read through your notes at your pre op and think you need one, other than that I don’t think so. I’ve been dreading this too I hate needles soo much

I only know a few girls on here who have had one, I didn’t x

I think it depends on where you have your op n generally have to have one to have an uplift x

If you have a varied health history then you need one, otherwise no. I had anaemia when pregnant, five years before my first op, and had one just to double check all is ok, second op didn’t need one, as they were fine first time xx

No no I understand completely I have a phobia of blood & was more scared when I had it taken than the day of my op hahaa! Where you having your op? Xx

I’ts just something ive been woundering, im seeing mr traynor at the end of feb, i was supposed to see him last week but i wasnt well so had to re-scheduale so havent booked a date for op but really cant wait to see him to see what size implants he says i can have 🙂 X

I had to have a blood test despite having a clean medical history, my nurse said it was just a general thing to check for coagulation and white blood cell count xxx

I had my pre op the other day an didn’t have one, think it jus depends we’re I think xxx

I had to have one and I’ve got a clean bill of health. It’s to check for cell counts and iron levels etc i think x

Hi just been told by the hospital that u do have to have your bloods done now .its for blood matching they said duering your op . Just incase . They said its s new thing , must be because they said they need the results before I have my op, and it needs to be done insite at the hospital , crazy they left it so late to tell me . They’ve booked it in a couple of hrs before my op so they can get the results back intime . Means more waiting on the day .x still it will be worth it I’m sure.xxxx
