Does having a lot of breast tissue reduce the size implants will look?

I spoke to someone today about having 380 implants and she was really shocked that I was having 380 high profile overs. She thinks they will look massive on me as she had 390’d and they are rather big! But my surgeon has recommended them for me. So I was thinking would this be because he said I have a lot of breast tissue? I was torn between 340 and 380 an asked his opinion and he said 380. Anyone any suggestions?
