Does the swelling go down or do you get bigger?

Hi everyone,

I’m 7 days post op and just got the tape measure out and measured myself…….When my fella measured me and we put it in the online bra calculator it said I was a 32D/34D, this is worrying me slightly as wanted to be this size or DD after the op and I’m worried that when/if the swelling goes down I’ll only be a C cup so will have only gone up 1 size and paid nearly £4k.

Any of you girls know the answer??? xx

Hey Vic I’m only day 4 so no experience mysefl but a friend measured a d straight after then couldn’t fit in the 6 months later so was a dd. She didn’t put on weight or anything so praps it’s the fluffing fairy?! x

Im worried about this too. I will be having 340cc overs as want to be a full C cup. Do overs ‘fluff’ aswel? I will be so upset if I am a C cup straight after the op but then the shrink to a B cup! =0

ive just measure myself and i was a 36c had 375cc overs with a lift and it said 36c that cant be right x

God knows what the rules are! I was wearing a DD sports bra at first and the it felt too big and was wearing a D bra then went and got measured yesterday (3 and a half weeks later) and i’m a 32 E/F!! I had overs as well so really don’t think any one thing applies to one person, i think everyone is individual and you can’t predict whether they’ll get bigger or smaller! xx

Sizes are different in a lot of shops though so theres no gaurantee you’ll be the same in every shop. You might spend a lot of your time in La Senza. They are quite snug so you’ll no doubt be a D in there or a DD.

Good luck, don’t worry to much about the size. It’s how they look, how they make you feel and ultimately you look sh*t hot being a C or a D

lady you cant go by the online calculator it just said im a 36b you can see by my pics im not a b cup lol

I’m 2 days post op and have also just measured myself as a D cup. I started as a full B and had 460cc’s so I doubt this will be my final size. I think they do change shape slightly, become fuller at the bottom and less pointed… or fluff as you say! Fingers crossed coz 4k is a lot of dosh for a 2 cup increase!

They won’t look like bullet boobs forever Stace. Promise lol.

The fluffing and the dropping really does make a difference.

by the online calculator ive gone smaller down to a B cup it can not be right had 375cc and i fill an E cup bra, im going to get measured tomorrow i will let you know lol

Sugar, by one online calculator i’m a 34 A…thought I was a 34B to start, and with 445cc unders surley I’m not still an A!!! Although the becheeky.com on says I’m 32E…I’m liking that one! Ha! x

iv’e just done the becheeky.com i’m 31in below 38in bust 34in above and i came out the same as you 32E lol

The online calculator says I’m a B cup. RABBISH! x

lol lisa, what calculator did you use? you deffo not a b cup, what are your messurements hun, i messure a 30E now on most calculators, except be cheeky who say im a 28F lol xx

I used one that was on the Shockabsorber website a few weeks back. I just laughed and thought yeah, whatever! No way I’m a B (better bliddy not be). I haven’t been to get measured yet can you believe? Nor tried on a proper bra! I can’t believe I’m being so restrained! x

lol not been proper messured just done it masel, asif you not tried a propper bra yet, i couldnt help ma sel, its ma bday tmorro and i got 2bras and a bikini on the way lol. we’l be 6wk next wk. xx

aw thanks, i have to wait 6wk i think, but since i working im wearing a bra for work without wires. not sure how much more they’l change, take it you off bra shopping for your birthday then xx

Lol I’ve started something here ladies….got you all on the calculator. I really hope I’m not going to end up being a D. All the bras I wear seem to be uncomfortable at the moment. I really hope your right suger I hope that the online calculator is a load of crap and it’s totally wrong You mind if I add you too see your pics?

I think everyones different so depends when they “fluff” with us all xx
